System Options to Review

  • Product Lookup Option: 2= Show only Job Prices (Optional)
  • Show Only COD Prices

Plants

  • Set Color
Normally lighter colors will display best. Verify color setup will work well with remote desktop systems.
  • Set Plant to Dispatch - Concrete
  • Setup Critical Time fields
Job Setup Time
Batch Setup
Batch Load
Plant Wash
Job Wash
  • Setup Batch Mix
This is the dummy product code that is sent to batch controls when a NonMix product is used on line 1 of a ticket
  • Setup Plant Open and Close Times
This will be used in future Roll Forward handling for multi-day orders.

Products

(The default Product Type should be setup in Product Class Maintenance)

Trucks

  • Set Current_Plant and Returning_Plant to match Home_Plant

Security

  • Setup Security Levels by User (System Maintenance Menu/User Maintenance)
  • Remove all accounting functions for Dispatchers
  • Add Security to the CCTSECTL list as needed. See Dispatch: Creating Default Security Settings
  • Add File Maintenance items as needed to the Dispathc menu. NOTE: Try to use one custom menu for all users, and use security settings to make them inactive.
