Dispatch: Sending NonMix Products to Batch Control

Problem

The Dispatcher needs to issue a ticket for a nonmix item to the Batch system, such as aggregate.

Solution

Data Setup

• Setup BATCH MIX in Plant Maintenance. This is the dummy product code that will be sent as the mix
• Make sure the dummy product code is set up in the batch control
• Confirm that all mixes are set with a product type of CONCRETE MIX

Creating the NonMix Ticket

• Setup the Order or Ticket with the main NonMix Product on line 1

When Keyston Dispatch has an item that is not a CONCRETE MIX on line 1, it will transmit the dummy mix from the plant as the mix, and transmit the first line product as the first additional product.
