Windows Power Options

All versions of Windows include a "Power Options" setting under "Control Panel." It is particularly important in server versions of Windows to be certain that the "High performance" option is selected. In some cases, the CPU speed is reduced by 75% when the "Balanced" option is selected. This causes slowdowns everywhere in Keystone.
