Keystone On-Demand Setup
Keystone (Office) Configuration
Installation
- Keystone On-Demand requires Keystone version 2.8 or higher.
- When installing/updating Keystone, you must configure the "On-Demand" Service Application to be installed and started.
- By default the Keystone On-Demand server uses port 8211. This port must be opened through the office firewall.
User Licenses
Keystone maintains a separate license count for mobile users.
- For a new installation, enter the 2 registration codes for the appropriate number of users under "Mobile Registration" during System Activation.
- For an existing installation, login to Keystone as the ADMIN user and select "License Management" from the "System Maintenance" menu. Enter the access code. On the License Management screen, enter the 2 registration codes for the appropriate number of users under "Mobile Registration."
Companies
You must set mobile access for each company that can be accessed using Keystone On-Demand.
- For a new company, check the box labeled "Mobile Apps Access" when entering the company information.
- For existing companies, you must manually edit the CCTCODB table in the CCWSYS.IB database. For each company that should be accessible using Keystone On-Demand, set the MOB_ACCESS_FLAG field to "Y".
Users
Each user that will be using Keystone On-Demand must be given mobile access.
- Using the normal Keystone user maintenance function, check the box labeled "Mobile Apps" in the Access Control group. (By default existing users are only given access to the office system.)

- The CPU must support ARMv7 instructions and include NEON support. Intel CPUs are not supported.

Installation
When the mobile app is first installed, the default settings will connect to the GivenHansco Demo server. To change this, click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the login screen.
- IP Address - enter the public IP address for the customer's Keystone office server
- IP Port - defaults to 8211
- Server Timeout - defaults to 20 seconds (may be increased for slow Internet connections)
Tap "Continue" to accept the settings.
Logging In
Only users that were setup in Keystone for "Mobile Apps" access can login through the mobile app.
Use the same User Id/Password as you would for the Keystone office system.
If more than one company is configured for mobile access, you may select the Company you wish to use.
