Dispatch Load Schedule Report

The Dispatch Load Schedule report is based on the Projected Loads Table (DITPRJLD), and will list each record in the table based on the selection criteria entered by the user.

Current Sequence Selections

• Plant, Load Date/Time, Customer Id, Order Id
• Load Date/Time, Plant, Customer Id, Order Id
• Plant, Customer Id, Order Id
• Load Date/Time, Customer Id, Order Id
• Customer Id, Load Date/Time, Order Id

Current Selection Criteria

• Delivery Date
• Plant No
• Cust Id
• Order Code

Layout

• The report will subtotal yardage and count loads based on the first two fields of the Sequence selection.
• Job, Load Count, Load Size and Product codes are on the right side of the report.
• The first few fields on the report will vary to remain consistent with the Sequence selection.
• There are checkboxes to generate subtotals by Unit of Measure and/or by Product, as well as Material Usage.

Additional notes:

• Any WILL-CALL order will have a "W" next to the Load Date/Time
• If an order has an asterisk (*) between the date and time, it means the PROJECTED LOAD date is different from the Order Date in Dispatch Order Maintenance.
