• Force JOB for COD Customers

Dispatchers forget to put job on COD orders and the tickets all get grouped on one invoice.....wants to prevent mistake by making it required for cash customers only

• Hold Point

Hold point on orders request customer orders 20 but wants to put a stop at 16 for example to re-evaluate the job and not let them ship remaining 4 yards till they give it the go-ahead (Dispatch One did this)

• Hold Status

When Order is on HOLD status, give the option to view HOLD orders similar to view Completed orders and make them stand out from non held orders

• Schedule Screen: Countdown to Load

Wants a field for countdown to load....doesnt like 'Next load time' wants to be able to countdown minutes like Dispatch One
