General

Starting with version 1.7, Keystone enhances performance by use of the System Cache. This eliminates re-querying data that has not changed, such as item lookups and the Ticketing Order Stack.

As of version 2.8.4, Keystone supports client-side caching. This eliminates transferring cached lookups from the application server to the client when nothing has changed in the dataset.

Resetting System Cache

Use a web browser to open the Keystone Application Server configuration site:

http://127.0.0.1:6600

Use 127.0.0.1 if you are on the database/app server. Otherwise use the server's ip address.


Select the "Reset Cache" option as shown below:


Select the company id that you would like to clear the cache for and click Submit:
