Dispatch Order Load/Time Analysis Report

The Dispatch Order Load/Time Analysis Report allows the dispatcher to review ticket time data from all tickets within given selections. This report is basically the Dispatch Plant Load/Time Analysis Report, except using Customers, Orders and Jobs as the primary reporting field.

Current Sequence Selections

• Customer, Order Code, Ticket No
• Customer, Job Id, Order Code, Ticket No
• Customer, Job Id, Ticket No
• Order, Ticket No

Current Selection Criteria

• Customer
• Plant No
• Order Code
• Job Id
• Ticket Date

Layout

• The report can show actual times or the minutes within each time phase by checking the "Show Elapsed Time Only" box.
• When reporting elapsed times, the report will average the times for each phase and show them on the subtotals line.
• The report will only show any products where both the product class & unit of measure subtotals are set.

Additional notes:

The Dispatch Order Load/Time Analysis Report uses the Dispatch Ticket History Procedure (DIP_TICKETHISTORY) to generate a report containing data from the Plant Ticket (ARTPTKHD/DT), Office Ticket (ARTTCKHD/DT) and Sales History (ARTSLSHD/DT) tables. This data is merged into a single table. This allows the dispatcher to review historical data.
