Install Interbase Keystone on Terminal Server

NOTE: This should not apply on Windows Server 2012 and beyond as Terminal Server is typically not the same as the Keystone / Interbase server.

1. Install Terminal services role before installing any applications which will be available to terminal server users\
2. Switch Server into Install Mode - Change user /install
3. Install applications e.g. Interbase and Keystone
4. Switch Server out of Install Mode - Change user /execute
