1/11/2010	- Corrected *PERREM to include missing BALANCE factor.
	- Added link SICKREM and formula *SICKREM
4/25/08	- Changed macro @WARN>NET to cause critical calculation error if Ded>Net Pay to prevent potential problem that occured when Ded>Net and the Deduction was tax exempt with respect to any GROSS accumulators.
	- Set override flag=N on IRA ded (override on calc).
	- Verified override flag=N on other Pre-Tax Deductions.
2/7/08	- New deduction links IRA, CO_IRA for Simple IRA deduction and company match. Based on 401K deduction/match. Used new formulas EMP_IRA, CO_SIMPLE which repalce refernces to "401k" with "IRA".
1/16/08	- Modified *TAXBEN to handle override of deduction amount.
1/8/08	- Fixed LOCAL_BAS to account for pre-tax deductions that are exempt from local tax.
1/2/08	- Correction on @CURLIM macro that caused calculation problem when the deduction got close to the limit.
10/15/07	- Revised SUTA_TAX formula for accural of SUTA/FUTA to stop at the limit in the case that the YTD tax is < the limit but the YTD Tax + Current Tax is > than the limit.
	- Direct Deposit inactive by default (and some deductions).
	- Removed links/def related to State tax and SUTA.
