When space is low on the C: (system) drive, errors may occur in Keystone, backups may fail, etc. The reason for this is that both InterBase and Keystone normally store temporary files on the C: (system) drive. When backing up the Keystone database, there must be enough space to create a temporary copy of the database. If the Keystone database is 1GB in size but there is only 500MB free space on the C: drive, the backup will fail.<br />

1. Create a folder called <b>IBTemp</b> on another drive (for example, D:).<br />
<br />
2. Open the file <b>C:\Program Files\Borland\Interbase\IBConfig</b> in Notepad.<br />

<b><i>WARNING: Be very careful when editing this file that existing settings are not changed!!</i></b><br />
<br />
3. Add the following line, either at the very top of the file, or at the end of the current GivenHansco modifications:<br />
